Peak by Athletic is an overall program specifically designed for athletes looking to compete at the highest levels in CrossFit. With a focus on strength and conditioning, power, skill development and energy system training, we provide a strong foundation and development in concert with your competitive season. We also recognise that without the proper care taken in mobility, flexibility, movement and recovery, athlete performance can be severely limited, which means that we incorporate many of these key protocols in our programming.
Whether you are hoping to compete well in the CrossFit Open, at Regionals or the Games, Peak by Athletic will help you achieve your goals.Our broad expertise also allows us to develop specific programs for other sports and activities. In addition to our Head Coaches, Peak by Athletic is supported by other health and fitness practitioners with specialisations in weightlifting, gymnastics, nutrition, flexibility, mobility and recovery. This means that our programs are comprehensive in their approach to fitness.
